이거.. 전에도 올린 걸로 기억하고 있었는데 지금 보니 없네요.
작년에 볼랜드에서 공개한 무료 C++ 컴파일러입니다. IDE가 없는, 컴맨드라인에서만 쓸 수 있는 컴파일러죠.

하지만, 기능적으로는 C++Builder에서 IDE와 클래스 라이브러리만 제거된 것이므로,
Win32 API 프로그래밍에 부족함이 없습니다.
이걸 쓰시려면... 울트라에디트 등의 에디터에 설정으로 등록하시고 쓰시면 그리 큰 불편함은 없을 겁니다.

그러니까, VCL/OWL/MFC 등은 전혀 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
