【 업무내용 】
- Support busines users within TME application in technical part of the daily tasks
- Establish, maintain and enhance TME integration with local applications and other data sources in line with business requirements.
- Responsible to support DSD application and to provide end-user help-desk in order to ensure system accessability and to avoid interruption of the business process.
- Facilitate DSD system development to ensure its alignment with business needs and latest IT technologies and best practices.
- Support local business applications, provide user help-desk and first level support, work with internal and external vendors under new systems implementation, application development and issue fixing.
- Responsible for the recovery of business applications.
- Responsible to support one change management process.
- To perform any other tasks given by the direct manager in regards with general IT support and administration

【 자격요건 】
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Total 7~13yrs experiences / 2+ years working experience in business applications support and implementation as application/database developer or business analyst.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
- Must have experience in application development (.Net), SQL and Windows Server Platforms.
- good interpersonal & communication skills which includes effective & constructive interaction between customers & vendors;
- up-to-date knowledge in Information Technology areas,
- strong knowledge in application and database development and support;
- good understanding of global initiatives, system development & implementation methodology;
- good writing skills for appropriate application documentation
