【 업무내용 】
1. Lead the new product development and application for Korea Based Customers
• Lead cross functional project team to develop new products or to apply current products for customer applications
• Provide Technical Training to internal and external customers
• Monitor & Assist in resolving technical Quality Issues with product
• To introduce new products to OEM customers and potential customers to expand markets.

2. Sales Management
• Developing relationships with existing Customers, while also looking for potential opportunities for growth in business with these Customers
• Work closely with Management of the entity to identify possible other opportunities with new customers
• Support the assigned regional marketing leader to achieve business target.
3. Business Development Responsibility
• Support business growth opportunities in Korea with technical advice where appropriate
• Regular visits to customers to enhance relationships and business opportunities
• Develop relationships within the technical groups and Marketing to ensure communication of technical information relating to product from Korean Manufacturers.

4. Coach Business Management
• Lead a cross functional team responsible for first fit and after market applications, which includes development of new products, selection of items and communication with the customers.
• Coach to achieve higher customer satisfaction measures to ensure that becomes the preferred supplier.                         

【 자격요건 】
• 6~10 years experience in related field
• BS in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent. MS preferred
• Knowledge of Mechanical engineering (preferred Electronic system knowledge)
• Experience on Turbocharged engine test & evaluation
• Experience on Engine Design and Assembly - preferred
• Electronic drafting capabilities – AutoCad, ProE etc understanding - preferred
• DFSS, Six Sigma, VPI process understanding - preferred
• Project management experience and skills (MS Project etc)
• Capable of PC skills and Word, Excel, Powerpoint SW
• Required customer oriented mind set, enthusiasm, and sincere personality
• Highly motivated and cooperative for team work
• Good inter-personal skill
• Fluent communication skills in English
