【 업무내용 】
1. Lead the customer support Korea/Japan Based OE Customers
• Doosan/Hyundai and Komatsu HHP OEM Customer Support
• Product Quality support and ELF/BIS/Warranty Claim Administration, Analysis of Policy Claims
• Field failure investigation, problem solving process for product quality issues
• Monitor the service status, products quality and establish countermeasures
• Liaison work between Customer Engineering group, engine plants and customers
• Monthly report of field major issues & quality status
2. Customer support excellence
• To Maximize customer satisfaction level, managing customer support activities
• To support aftermarket service and field survey if requisite
• Collaborate with CTT Worldwide entities, marketing & customer support team
• Develop pro-active customer support plans for field failures and plant issues
• Compliance with corporate policies, warranty guidelines and business ethic
• To prepare the required documentation by customer quality people in relation to PPAP and CCN (Customer Communication Notification) related
3. Other supports
• Liaison between Customers Application Engineering R&D and CTT R&E group and feedback market requirements to CTT
• Sales supports
【 자격요건 】
• 3 ~ 8 years experience in related field
• Knowledge of Diesel Engine Technology and components
• Knowledge of Mechanical engineering (preferred Electronic system knowledge )
• Experience on Engine Design, Assembly and Test
• Knowledge of Equipment / Vehicle operation & Power Train Application
• Experience & knowledge of Engine Field test, Trouble shooting and Service Documentation
• Graduated with degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Required customer oriented mind set, enthusiasm, and sincere personality
• Highly motivated and cooperative for team work
• Easily being adapted and concentrated on job
• Good for inter-personal skill
• Capable of PC skills and Word, Excel, Powerpoint SW
• Fluent communication skills in English
