【 업무내용 】
1. Lead the new product development and application for Korea Based OE Customers
- Lead cross functional project team to develop new products or to apply current products for customer applications
- Provide Technical Training to internal and external customers
- Monitor & Assist in resolving technical Quality Issues with product
               
2. Sales Management
- Developing relationships with existing Customers, while also looking for potential opportunities for growth in business with these Customers
- Work closely with Management of the entity to identify possible other opportunities with new customers

3. Business Development Responsibility
- Support business growth opportunities in Korea with technical advice where appropriate
- Regular visits to customers to enhance relationships and business opportunities
- Develop relationships within the technical groups and Marketing to ensure communication of technical information relating to product from Korean Manufacturers.

4. Coach Business Management
- Lead a cross functional team responsible for first fit and after market applications, which includes development of new products, selection of items and communication with the customers.
- Coach to achieve higher customer satisfaction measures to ensure that Cummins becomes the preferred supplier.
- Provide sales staff with a responsive system to handle customer requests for technical and other information.                         

【 자격요건 】
• Engineering Qualifications – BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. MS preferred.
• Preferably 7+ years experience within Diesel Motor Industry or related field
• Language skills: Korean and English (written & spoken)
• Spread sheet skills – High Level preferred
• Electronic drafting capabilities – AutoCad, ProE etc understanding - preferred
• DFSS, Six Sigma, VPI process understanding - preferred
• Project management experience and skills (MS Project etc)
