【 업무내용 】
• Provide Application Engineering support directly to Company distribution channels and customers for HHP (Commercial marine, Rail & locomotive, Defense & Oil/Gas, hereafter just stated as HHP) engine applications in Korea and Japan.
• Promote Company Application Engineering tools to Company distribution channels to achieve high quality installations for HHP (Hire Horse Power) applications.
• Provide functional excellence leadership to Company distributor’s Application Engineering team.
• Coordinate with Company distributors to provide support to Marine Naval Architects in the region.
• Coordinate with service engineering team, distributors, plants and Regional Response Team to achieve after sale service excellence for HHP engines in the region.
• Lead HHP application engineering trainings to the distributors and customers in the region.
• Participate in new product development translating customer wants into technical requirements.
• Coordinate HHP application engineering initiatives with other regions such as South East Asia, East Asia, South Pacific as well as America and EMEA.
• Support the assigned regional marketing leader to achieve business target.
• Provide hand on guidance to distributors and/or customers for key projects or new applications.
• Administer an installation review database to assess installation quality and generate audit reports that guide distributors to continuously improve their engine installation and review process.  
• Communicate regularly and travel to distributors, customers & shipyards to conduct installation design reviews, sea trials, and support sales meetings.
• Coordinate and follow up marine class certificates type approval process and issues in the region with CSR in Singapore and marine class team in Charleston, USA.
• Support engine specification with distributors and CSR team in Singapore application engineering training to Korea OEM customers and Korea EBU engineers to improve engineering quality and capability.

【 자격요건 】
• Knowledge of Diesel Engine Technology and components                     
• Knowledge of Mechanical engineering and basic Electrics/Electronics engineering
• Experienced with new product development
• Experience on Engine/Machine Assembly and Test
• Knowledge of Equipment / Vehicle operation & Power Train Application.
• Prefer experience & knowledge of Engine Field Test, Trouble shooting and problem fix
• Basic Degree of Technical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in related field.
• Capable of reading, writing and speaking in English
• Strong communication skill, both written and oral in Korean & English
• Coordinate activities of diverse & distant groups of people
• Experience in resource management
