【 업무내용 】
- StrategyAssists IT Manager to support Market business strategy realization through its proactive translation intoa set of required technologies/solutions/services (in the Technical Infrastructure & Customer Supportarea), ensuring the required support for the corporate/regional systems/services implementation;development and implementation of the Market````s Technical Infrastructure and Customer Servicessystems
- Standards/Policies & Procedures
- Asset and Budget Management
- Processes and Solutions Improvement
- Business Continuity and Compliance
- Internal and External Service Providers (Technical area)
- Customer Support and Relations;Plan, prepare and conduct user training and formal communications related to IT Infrastructure andservices to ensure up-to-date user knowledge and timely information provision on the changes of thesystem processes and functionalities
-Perform any other tasks given by the direct manager in regards with general IT support andadministration, including providing backup support to other IT staff in managing helpdesk and hardwareinfrastructure issues, processing IT purchases and payments, supporting IT budget preparation andcontrol process, participation in general IT projects
【 자격요건 】
University degree in Information Technology or equivalent
1~5 years of experience in IT area (user training and support, PC hardware and officeautomation software maintenance and troubleshooting, servers and network infrastructuremaintenance)
Preferred employment with multinational company
Project management experience is an added advantage
