【 업무내용 】
- Monitor the daily POS data exchange process between stores and office
- Monitor the daily interface process (i.e. SAP, ASN.) between office and Italy HQ
- Computer hardware procurement
- Ensures software, hardware and network installs and setup properly for new stores and new office users
- Maintain and keep computer inventory
- Follow up on faulty hardware and its recovery status with Company Helpdesk and local outsourcing vendor support
- Conduct Retail-pro and Lotus Notes training to new end users
- Prepare end user training materials and documents
- Provide IT support on special events
- Work with Regional IT team to implement IT projects

【 자격요건 】
1. Experience
- 2~4 year working experience in IT field
- Experience in retail industry will be an advantage
2. Education
- Bachelor`s degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- Holder of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) is preferred
3. Personality
- Mature, pleasant, self-motivated and service oriented
- Able to work independently
4. Skills
- Hands on experience and knowledge of POS system
- Knowledge of networking, Lotus Notes, MS applications, IT security, PC/LAN and Windows platform
- Strong analytical, trustworthy, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral skills
