【 업무내용 】
- Build and lead a team of analyst(s) responsible for client technologies, advanced hardware/software, and support activities that are associated with the corporate environment.
- Establish and maintains partnerships with peer IT management and other business stakeholders to ensure delivery of exceptional service in the corporate environment.
- Ensure that enterprise standards, roadmaps and policies are followed for technologies that are deployed in the environment environment.
- Provide technical leadership and consultation for multiple complex enterprise projects.
- Establish a course of action and prioritizes work for team to support enterprise goals.
- Mentor Client Technology Analyst(s) and is responsible for performance management activities.
- Coordinate corporate technology integration, technology refresh/upgrade projects, and break/fix support processes.
- Establish and maintain hardware depot for corporate deployments and break/fix processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and submit replenishment orders to maintain established thresholds.
- Partner with IT teams and business units on change management activities for introduction of new and updated technologies.
- Establish, maintain and report on Service Level Agreements and Operating Level Agreements to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors and third party support partners and suppliers.
- Analyze and report on performance of vendors, partners, team performance, and management systems.
- Direct and prioritize work of Client Technology Analyst(s).
- Provide advanced technical support to the enterprise Service Desk.
- Maintains retail technology standards and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices and to achieve business goals.
- Report on compliance with enterprise technology standards and policies, regulatory requirements, industry best practices for distribution center activities and security and performance standards.
- Responsible for the management of 3rd party vendors to support the technology deployment actives within the corporate environment.
- Maintains budget and invoice responsibilities for technologies deployed/supported within the corporate environment.
【 자격요건 】
- Fluent in English(필수, 준native급 _ 해외학교 출신이나 청소년기 해외에서 성장한 정도의 영어실력 요구)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
- Typically has 10+ years of IT work experience, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in technology delivery and relationship management and 5+ years of experience in managing/leading a support or technology team.
- High level technical ability/understanding across very broad ranges of technology including client, server and network architectures and interconnectivity.
- Very strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with associates, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third party vendors.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized with ability to handle multiple projects/initiatives/tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to drive the implementation of policies and processes.
- Ability to negotiate terms, set expectations, measure effectiveness, and communicate satisfaction.
- Experience with client technologies and hardware including mobility devices, management systems, personal computing environments, and business printing devices.
- Understanding of enterprise level endpoint management systems, mobile device management systems and endpoint protection technologies including antivirus and patch deployment.
- Proficiency with mobile device operating systems including Apple iOS, Android and Windows Phone.
