Position At a Glance
The incumbent is responsible for daily operation and management of internal sales operation system to help support efficient sales activity of end-users.
In maintaining Direct Sales Distribution(DSD) system, He/she will directly support Business Application Manager in developing new DSD functionalities and performing help-desk activities in accordance with local/global IT policies/procedures and JTI change management process.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) system maintenance and connection to other application (mostly through SSIS interfaces)
• Implementation (participation and leading) of Change Requests and Projects related to addingnew functionality or enhancing the processes of DSD
• Involvement in cross functional projects activities that partially affect DSD
• Supervise existing remote Helpdesk and provide assistance as Level 2 support to users
• Develop and support Power Users concept for DSD
• Maintain contracts and payments according to company’s internal processes
• Cooperate with internal customers and manage external vendors
• Maintain other local Apps as required
Ideal candidate brings in:
• Min. 3 years of experience with databases (Microsoft SQL), interfaces (SSIS packages)
• Min. 3 years of experience in application development and project management Experience with global standardized process/policy in international company - handling Sales related operation system is a plus
• Good command in English and Korean languages (oral/written)
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication and business analysis skills
• People-oriented and customer-oriented attitude
1. Trade Marketing (Global CRM project)
- Objective: Deploying global trade marketing CRM application and best practices
- Solution: Oracle Siebel e-Business/e-Consumer suite, Oracle Business Intelligence(OBIEE)
- Role: Data migration and management, OLAP reports and dashboards creation, on-going maintenance, additional interface development as per business requirements
2. Sales Automation (local in-house ERP project)
- Objective: Automate sales functionality; integrate existing legacy systems (Finance, Marketing and Planning) into in-house ERP
- Scope: Sales and Finance closing, data feed to global system
- Solution: In-house development back office(Windows Server, MS SQL, ASP.NET, C++, XML, ReportDesigner, NetAdvantage) and front office(Windows CE, C++, Bluebird Pdion PDA)
- Role:
* Acting IT project lead(Analysis and definition of business requirements, data migration, compliance check with global IT policies)
* Maintenance and additional development(electronic tax invoicing and monthly taxation, non-tobacco products inventory module, CVS POS data convert & loader)
* System interface
3. System Integration
- Objective: Establish interface between market legacy and global system
- Scope: Develop interface design based on business requirements, automate daily interface using batch, monitor and validate data load
- Solution: SSIS(SQL Server Integration Service) and Windows batch
- Role: Setup interface, monitoring
